Heifer U – Heifer U blends discussions and hands-on activities to further participants' understanding of Heifer's work. This program is ideal for adults who want to share the mission of Heifer's work with others or gain insight into the challenges that communities face while lifting themselves out of poverty. Become a fan of Heifer U on Facebook.

Heifer Study Tours - These one- to two-week tours led by Heifer staff provide an inspiring, first-hand look at Heifer's work. The trip gives participants the opportunity to become immersed in the countries, cultures and lives of Heifer project participants. Become a fan of Heifer Study Tours on Facebook.

Heifer Learning Centers – Heifer's Learning Centers provide interactive programs and exhibits showcasing Heifer's model for global sustainable development. Agricultural Education – Heifer's Agricultural Education programs provide a hands-on introduction to the sustainable agriculture methods that Heifer uses overseas. Learn how you can incorporate these same skills into your daily life. 

Women's Lambing and Livestock Birthing – Women's Lambing and Livestock Birthing programs introduce women to how Heifer's sustainable gifts of animals and training can help lift families out of poverty. Participants may even witness the birth of a lamb and watch it take its first steps.

Fundraising Ideas – Ending world hunger and poverty globally is a large feat but it's not unrealistic. It will take each and every single one of us to do our part. Our fundraising ideas include tools and resources to help you to do your part in ending hunger and poverty.
